Key job duties include:

• Perform a wide variety of research, administrative, and analytical duties in support of the management and operation of the company’s golf course business; perform duties in support of various administrative operations and activities within assigned area of responsibility including special projects, research studies, budget analysis and other specialized functions.

​

• Prepare and present comprehensive technical, administrative, and financial analytical and statistical reports that present and interpret data, identify alternatives, and present and justify conclusions, forecasts, and recommendations based on data summaries and other findings.

​

• Make recommendations for improvements, which include new practices, forms, reports, data collection, and staffing changes based on assessments of current practices; communicate these recommendations to management.

​

• Interview personnel and conduct on-site observations to better determine the personnel and methods needed to keep the company running efficiently.

​

• Gather and organize narrative and statistical information using established methods, techniques, and precedents, such as questionnaires, review of computer data, and comparison of past and present records.

​

​

• Participate in the preparation of mid-year and end-of-fiscal year budget documents; maintain and monitor appropriate budgeting controls; monitor expenditure and revenue activity.

​

 

• Maintain awareness of, and analyze, federal, state, and local laws, regulations and legislative proposals for impact on the company’s golf course operations.

​

• Facilitate integration of new divisions, teams or other business segments with existing ones.

​

​

• Respond to and resolve difficult and sensitive customer complaints and inquiries that may affect the management of the company.

​

​

• Collaborate with employees to facilitate successful implementation of new systems and procedures.

​

​

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
